1. Short version
Kaidence uses onekind of cookie: a login session cookie, set only when a business owner signs in to their dashboard. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind.
2. Cookies we use

Because this cookie is strictly necessary for a feature you've actively asked for (staying logged in), UK PECR rules don't require us to ask your permission for it — but we're telling you it's there anyway.
3. Cookies we don't use
No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking scripts. The public chat page doesn't set any cookies at all — you can talk to a business's assistant without anything being stored in your browser.
4. Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser's settings. Since our only cookie is what keeps you signed in, blocking it just means you'll need to log in again each visit — it won't affect the public chat experience at all.
5. Changes
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we'll update this notice and add a consent banner where the law requires one.
